Per Lange, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lange has been with the Company since 1997 when Eitzen acquired EAC Shipping A/S. He has been a part of the management of the Bulk division since 1997 and was promoted Managing Director in 2006. He started his shipping carreer in 1981 in A.P.Møller-Maersk where he was a part of the Maersk Bulk team from 1985 to 1995.
Board of Directors
Dag von Appen, Chairman of the Board. Mr. von Appen is President of the Board of Ultragas Group and Managing Director of Ultramar Group, both 3rd generation agency and shipowning family companies with regional presence and international expansion. Mr. von Appen has held several executive positions within the companies, working in Chile and prior to it.
